Free delivery within New Zealand!

Free delivery for all art print orders within New Zealand. Please allow 5-8 days for your order to be printed and shipped.

All deliveries will require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for it, a card will be left by the courier with details for collection.

International Shipping

$10 shipping for unframed prints to Australia. Allow 7-12 days for delivery to major cities. 
$20 shipping for unframed prints to the rest of the world. Allow 10-18 days to major cities.

International orders are not tracked. Unfortunately we do not currently ship framed prints outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your photography or fine art prints, just contact orders@artprints.co.nz within 30 days of your purchase date along with your order number and reason for return. Let us know if you would like a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges).

Please package well and we strongly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot replace lost or damaged returns.
